Snider, Command Senior Enlisted Leader, USFJ, center left, Capt. Rich Jarrett, Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY), center right, Rear Adm. Carl Lahti, Commander, United States Naval Forces, Japan, right, and their official parties take a tour of CFAY aboard the United States Navy Valiant-class harbor tug Puyallup (YT-806). For more than 75 years, CFAY has provided, maintained, and operated base facilities and services in support of the U.S. 7th Fleet's forward-deployed naval forces, tenant commands, and thousands of military and civilian personnel and their families.
