Soldiers with 1st Squadron, 4th Cavalry Regiment (1-4) “Quarterhorse,” 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Infantry Division transfer a simulated casualty to an aid station during a mass casualty training exercise in Trzebień, Poland, Oct. 12, 2021. The 1-4 conducted a simulation of mass casualties for a group of Polish citizens to observe. The 1-4 is supporting Atlantic Resolve while on a nine-month rotation to Poland. Regional security in Europe continues to be a top priority for the U.S., and utilizing rotational forces allows for more flexibility to deter threats when they arise. (U.S. Army photo by Spc.
