    CARIBBEAN SEA - (Oct. 24, 2021) – The Dominican Republic Navy coastal patrol vessel Canopus (CG 107), the Freedom-variant littoral combat ship USS Billings’ (LCS 15) rigid-hull inflatable boat (RHIB), and a Dominican Republic Coast Guard small boat conduct an intercept drill during a maritime operations exercise, Oct. 24, 2021.
