OKINAWA, Japan –Lt. Col. Christie Everett and Lt. Col. Brian Everett were promoted during subsequent promotion ceremonies Oct. 5, 2021. Both prior-enlisted Marines hailing from the Midwest, Christie and Brian rose through the ranks based on a combination of work ethic, intelligence, and resolve.
