The Honorable Jesse L. Seabrooks II, newly appointed judge and member of the Minnesota National Guard, recites the judge’s oath of office as administered by the Honorable Bridgid Dowdal, judge, Tenth District Court of Minnesota, during his investiture ceremony on Oct. 22, 2021, in St. Paul, Minnesota.
