Christopher Cavoli, U.S. Army Europe and Africa Commanding General, ties a streamer on the U.S. Army EURAF Flag with Markus Soeder, the Bavarian Minister President, and the Honorable Christine Wormuth, U.S. Secretary of the Army, during the Bavarian Streamer ceremony at the Munich Residence on Oct. 25, 2021, in Munich, Germany.
