Mr. Arthur Ross, director, Network Activity Reserve (NetAct-Res), Marine Corps Cyberspace Operations Group (MCCOG), Marine Forces Cyberspace Command (MARFORCYBER), speaks to the formation of U.S. Marines during the NetAct-Res activation ceremony at Marine Corps Support Facility New Orleans, Nov. 1, 2021. NetAct-Res will conduct Department of Defense Information Network Operations (DODIN) and Defensive Cyberspace Operations (DCO) in general support of Marine Forces Reserve’s area of responsibilities in order to enhance freedom of action across warfighting domains, while denying the efforts of adversaries to degrade or disrupt this advantage through cyberspace.
