    Artist Rebecca Fellows adheres frames with images of fallen service members to her Fallen Flags Project, which hangs on the first floor of the Connecticut National Guard’s Gov. William A. O’Neil Armory in Hartford, Conn. Fellows started this project 14 years ago to enshrine ever Soldier, Sailor, Airman, and Marine who fell in the line of duty while serving in Iraq and Afghanistan.
