U.S. Marines and Sailors with 1st Combat Engineer Battalion (1st CEB), 1st Marine Division, carry a simulated casualty during a 1st CEB field exercise (FEX), at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California, Nov. 2, 2021.
