Lt. Col. Loren “Nike” Coulter, 51st Operations Group deputy commander, prepares to depart in an A-10 Thunderbolt II at Seoul Air Base, Oct. 24, 2021. He flew the aircraft back to Osan Air Base after it was used for an exhibition at Seoul Air Base. His grandfather, Robert Coulter, a former United States Marine Corps med-evac pilot, previously flew the same route during his time serving in the Korean War.
