    Hampton Roads Naval Museum

    LCDR James Hurston, USN (Ret.) is pictured to the right with his grandson during a recent visit to the Hampton Roads Naval Museum. Hurston was an A-6 Intruder pilot aboard USS America (CV 66), and flew strike missions over Vietnam from 1972 to 1973. His flight jacket is on display in the museum's exhibit, "The Ten-Thousand Day War at Sea: The U.S. Navy in Vietnam, 1950-1975." The exhibit tells the story of the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War.
