Sarah Certano, center, assigned to Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command, Camp Pendleton, California, for her hard work and service to the community at Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center in Spokane, Washington, Nov. 2, 2021. Certano has provided and helped relief medical staff since her arrival to the hospital. Sailors assigned to NMRTC deployed from Camp Pendleton, California, in support of the continued Department of Defense COVID response operations to help communities in need. U.S. Northern Command, through U.S. Army North, remains committed to providing flexible Department of Defense support to the whole-of-government COVID response.
