Slovenian Armed Forces Lt. Col. Mihael Plevnik, outgoing commander of the Non-Kinetic Battalion for KFOR Regional Command - East, provides comments during a transfer of authority ceremony at Camp Novo Selo, Kosovo, October 24, 2021.
The ceremony was presided over by Col. Brey Hopkins, Regional Command East Commander. The Battalion has elements from seven countries, Greece, Italy, Switzerland, Slovenia, Turkey, Hungary, and the United States.
