OZARK, Ala. — Members of a medical response team assigned to Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command were presented U.S. Army Commendation and Achievement Medals as part of an awards ceremony for their work at Dale Medical Center during the COVID-19 response operations in Ozark, Alabama, Nov. 8, 2021. The medical response team deployed from California and Washington in September to support the local community during the pandemic. U.S. Northern Command, through U.S. Army North, remains committed to providing flexible Department of Defense support to the whole-of-government COVID-19 response.
