Community partners meet on the flightline at Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph, Texas, Nov. 8, 2021, to recognize a new service being provided through an historic Blanket Intergovernmental Support Agreement between Joint Base San Antonio and the Alamo Area Council of Governments. Through that partnership, and the resulting task order with the City of Schertz, Texas, people at JBSA-Randolph will be able to access needed medical care faster.
