Lt. Col. Jorge Milla, deputy commander of the 358th Civil Affairs Brigade National Vocational Technical Team,rides in the back of an Australian Bushmaster Armored Mobility Vehicle on the way to a vocational/technical school in Nasiriyah, Iraq, during a site visit to assess the progress of the school Saturday, Sept. 29. Milla praised the Australians afterward, saying the visit could not have gone forward without them.
