Tech. Sgt. Shaylee Reyes, a flight instructor for the 375th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron, shares her rich heritage during Native American Heritage Month. She has spent the past 14 years in the medical field and after retirement, plans to bring her knowledge and experience back to the Shoshone-Bannock Reservation at Fort Hall, Idaho to help improve conditions there. Fort Hall was the first to be named a “Purple Heart Reservation” in 2015, paying tribute to all those who are wounded while serving in the military. (U.S. Air Force photo by Karen Petitt)
