The front entrance of the Edward C. Killin Elementary School sits empty following a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Camp Foster, Okinawa, Japan. Japan Engineer District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers JED joined representatives from Department of Defense Education Activity, Marine Corps Installations Pacific, and host-nation contractors during the official ceremony for the school Nov. 10, 2021.
