Rudder, commander, U.S. Marine Corps Forces, Pacific, tours the U.S. Military Sealift Command’s spearhead-class expeditionary fast transport ship while docked at the Commercial Seaport of Palau in Koror, Republic of Palau, Nov. 6, 2021. The ship supports Task Force Koa Moana 21 by transporting equipment and personnel from California to the Republic of Palau.
