MAYPORT, Fla. – (Nov. 19, 2021) – Chief Yeoman Juan Quintanaserrano, assigned to U.S. Naval Forces Southern Command/U.S. 4th Fleet, is pinned with anchors by Senior Chief Quartermaster Alison Goeke during a Chief Petty Officer pinning ceremony at Naval Station Mayport, Nov. 19, 2021. The traditional U.S. Navy Chief Petty Officer pinning ceremony recognizes the most significant promotion of an enlisted Sailor's career. Quintanaserrano, a native of Ponce, Puerto Rico, has proudly served 17 years in the Navy.
