NAPLES, Italy (Nov. 19, 2021) - Chief Master-at-Arms Justin Keller, assigned to Naval Support Activity Naples, is pinned with the Chief Petty Officer rank insignia by his daughters during a Chief Petty Officer pinning ceremony hosted at the chapel onboard NSA Naples' Support Site. Eight Chief Petty Officer Selects were promoted to the rank of Chief Petty Officer during the ceremony. NSA Naples is an operational ashore base that enables U.S., allied, and partner nation forces to be where they are needed, when they are needed to ensure security and stability in Europe, Africa, and Southwest Asia.
