CAMP LEMONNIER, Djibouti (Nov. 22, 2021) – Capt. David Faehnle, commanding officer, Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti (CLDJ), and the Djibouti Minister of Labor, Isman Ibrahim Robleh, and his staff, take a group photo on base, Nov. 22, 2021. The meeting was held in order to designate points of contact between CLDJ, one of the largest employers in Djibouti, and the Ministry of Labor and to create an information-sharing plan for common labor issues that may involve Camp Lemonnier. Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti serves as an expeditionary base for U.S. military forces providing support to ships, aircraft and personnel that ensure security throughout Europe, Africa, and Southwest Asia.
