402nd Army Field Support Brigade's Capt. Nick Zehr briefs 402nd commander Col. Erik Johnson on the toe Life Support Areas on Guam established to support Soldiers participating in Forager 21. The Logistics Civil Augmentation Program, LOGCAP, used labor and subcontracted services from the local economy in order to establish two Life Support Ares that could accommodate a combined 2,700 Soldiers.
