JOINT BASE PEARL HARBOR-HICKAM, Hawaii (Nov. 22, 2021) Kordell Kekoa, a Kahu or Hawaiian pastor, performs a Hawaiian blessing on a rigid-hull inflatable boat aboard the Navy’s newest guided-missile destroyer, the future USS Daniel Inouye (DDG 118). Prior to its arrival at Pearl Harbor, the Inouye conducted a tour through the Hawaiian Islands to pay tribute to the memory and legacy to the late Senator Daniel K. Inouye.
