U.S. Army Maj. Gen. Francis J. Evon, Connecticut Adjutant General, and Senior Enlisted Advisor, U.S. Army Command Sergeant Major Roger P. Sicard met with their deployed troops in Kosovo who are supporting the NATO KFOR mission. The Connecticut soldiers received letters of commendation and coins to honor their exceptional contributions during both the Kosovo wildfires and the overall KFOR mission.
