U.S. Marines with the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), evacuate a simulated casualty during a training exercise in Combat Town, Okinawa, Japan Nov. 29, 2021. The training exercise consisted of Marines responding accordingly to different CBRN attacks.
