MONTEREY, Calif. (Dec. 2, 2021) Naval Postgraduate School President retired Vice Adm. Ann E. Rondeau, left, and Major General Musfer Alqahtani, the Assistant General of the Directorate of General Administration for the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Defense, exchange gifts following a visit and tour of the academic institution. NPS hosted Alqahtani and a delegation of Saudi Ministry of Defense officials to discuss the potential of additional Saudi Arabian officers attending existing NPS programs. The visit highlighted the strong bilateral military-to-military ties between the United States and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. During the visit, the delegation met with Royal Saudi Navy Cmdr.
