CAMP ARIFJAN, Kuwait- U.S. Army Major Gen. Michael M. Russell Sr., Commanding General of 1st Theatre Sustainment Command, and a few attendees watched as the Camp Arifjan Christmas tree was lit Dec. 4, 2021 at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait. Russel spoke about the importance of community and taking care of one another during the ceremony.
