(December 3, 2021) U.S. Marines and Sailors with Chemical Biological Incident Response Force conduct a Tactical Combat Casualty Care Combat Lifesavers Course (TCCC CLS) final event including applying tourniquets and chest seals, wound packing, inserting a nasopharyngeal airway device, securing broken bones, and proper casualty evacuation aboard Naval Support Facility Indian Head Annex Stump Neck, Md., on December 3, 2021.
