A U.S. army medic with Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa monitors joint service members test their mountain climbing capability as part of the French Desert Commando Course (FDCC) at the Le centre d'entraƮnement au combat de Djibouti (CECAD) in Arta, Djibouti, and participants were recognized for the completion of the course Nov. 29, 2021.
