NORTH CHICAGO, Il. (January 14, 2021) The Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center carpenter shop completes the construction of a new building that will be utilized as a COVID-19 testing and vaccination drive through facility. Lovell FHCC is the first-of-its-kind, and only, federal health care center that integrates Department of Defense and Department of Veterans Affairs medical care into a single combined mission.
