Marine Corps Mounted Color Guard Stableman, Marine Sgt. Amy Polachek, a native of Dallas, Penn., carries the National Colors at the Laguna Niguel Holiday Parade in Laguna Niguel, Calif., Dec. 11, 2021. The Mounted Color Guard attends various events throughout the country and works alongside local recruiting stations to conduct high school visits and community events. Marines and future Marines from Recruiting Station Orange County visited with the Marines following the parade. The Mounted Color Guard will participate in the Tournament of Roses Parade on New Year's Day.
