U.S. Marines with Combat Logistics Regiment 3, and Combat Logistics Battalion 3, 3rd Marine Logistics Group (MLG), take a group photo in front of field expeditionary shower units and a containerized batch laundry facility established for the residents of the Halsey Terrace housing area affected by the ongoing water issue, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Oahu, Hawaii, Dec. 11, 2021. U.S. Marines with 3rd MLG, as part of Task Force KULEANA, are providing support services such as drinking water, field expedient showers and laundry facilities to the residents of Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam affected by the ongoing water issue. 3rd MLG, based out of Okinawa, Japan, is a forward deployed combat unit that serves as III Marine Expeditionary Force’s comprehensive logistics and combat service support backbone for operations throughout the Indo-Pacific area of responsibility.
