211205-N-JR318-1004 ATLANTIC OCEAN (Dec. 5, 2021) Aviation Electonic Technician 3rd Class Gregory Blaha, from Houston, attached to VFA-11 Strike Fighter Squadron, installs fasteners on a panel to a F/A-18F Super Hornet in the hangar Bay aboard the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Harry S. Truman (CVN 75). Truman departed Naval Station Norfolk as part of Harry S. Truman Carrier Strike Group’s (HSTCSG) deployment in support of maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts. The USS San Jacinto (CG 56), USS Bainbridge (DDG 96), USS Gravely (DDG 107), USS Jason Dunham (DDG 109), USS Cole (DDG 67), HNOMS Fridtjof Nansen (F310) and Carrier Air Wing (CVW) 1 will support maritime security operations along with coalition maritime forces.
