HONOLULU (Dec. 14, 2021) – U.S. Marine Corps Cpl. Zachary Miller (right), a motor transport operator assigned to Combat Logistics Battalion 3 (CLB-3), Marine Corps Base Hawaii (MCBH), and Lance Cpl. Mauricio Rosales, a motor vehicle operator assigned to CLB-3, MCBH, dispense fresh water at the Halsey Terrace community center. The Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JBPHH) water quality recovery is a joint U.S. military initiative working closely with State of Hawaii, Department of Health, Honolulu Board of Water Supply, U.S. government and independent organizations to restore a safe water delivery system to JBPHH military housing communities through testing, treatment, and repair.
