Maximilian Heins is an automotive mechanic and maintenance apprentice with the 405th Army Field Support Brigade’s Base Support Operations Maintenance. He said after he completes the 3.5-year BASOPS Maintenance automotive apprenticeship program in February 2023, he is committed to working for BASOPS Maintenance for an additional two years.
