MONTEREY, Calif. (Dec. 14, 2021) Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Research & Engineering Barbara McQuiston, right, takes a closer look at an Aqua-Quad vehicle used for surface and underwater reconnaissance while Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) professor and Consortium for Robotics and Unmanned Systems Education and Research (CRUSER) director Dr. Brian Bingham gives her a tour of the Center for Autonomous Vehicle Research (CAVR) Lab at NPS, Dec. 14.
