CAMP LEMONNIER, Djibouti (Dec. 17, 2021) – U.S. Army Capt. Shannon Taylor, the officer in charge of Joint Theater Forensic Analysis Center, places the rank of Navy Chief Military Working Dog onto Bojar during a frocking ceremony at Camp Lemonnier. Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti (CLDJ) serves as an expeditionary base for U.S. military forces providing support to ships, aircraft and personnel that ensure security throughout Europe, Africa and Southwest Asia.
