ARTA, Djibouti (Dec. 21, 2021) U.S. Navy Master-at-Arms 2nd Class Edna Soto, from San Juan, Puerto Rico, conducts training with Chippi, her military working dog, during a live-fire exercise at Djibouti Range Complex, Dec. 21, 2021. Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti serves as an expeditionary base for U.S. military forces providing support to ships, aircraft and personnel that ensure security throughout Europe, Africa and Southwest Asia.
