Robert Morse, chief of theatre operations for Regional Cyber Center-Europe, U.S. Army Cyber Command, during a small ceremony at the Lt. Gen. Geoffrey Keyes Building on Clay Kaserne, on Dec. 17, in Wiesbaden, Germany. Morse was serving as a signal officer with 1st Stryker Combat Brigade Team, 25th Infantry Division when he was injured during a missile attack on Al Asad Air Base in Iraq, Jan. 8, 2020.
