NORTH CHICAGO, Ill. (Sept. 8, 2021) TJ Kirkman, an auto mechanic from the Mechanic Shop at Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center (FHCC), turns on the generator for the Containerized Fold-Out Rigid Temporary Shelter (C-FORTS) for a demonstration at Lovell FHCC. Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command Great Lakes (NMRTC) is the Navy command within Lovell FHCC and is the first-of-its-kind, and only, health care center that integrates Department of Defense and Veterans Affairs medical care into a single combined mission.
