Michael McAndrew, deputy assistant Secretary of Defense for Facilities Investment and Management, visits Joint Base San Antonio, Texas, Dec. 15-16, 2021, to tour facilities under construction. Accompanied by senior representatives from the Air Force Civil Engineer Center, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, 37th Training Wing and project stakeholders, McAndrew discussed overall construction progress of the key projects during his two-day site visit.
