Hailey McGrew, engineer specialist, 712th Engineer Support Company (712th ESC), Combined Joint Task Force – Horn of Africa (CJTF-HOA), caulks an exterior cistern crack during a well leak repair project at Chabelley Village, Djibouti, Dec. 29, 2021. CJTF-HOA and 712th ESC engineers worked alongside villagers to restore the village’s source of drinking water.
