U.S. Air Force Gen. Michael Minihan, Air Mobility Command commander, coins Tech. Sgt. Austin Rheingans, crew chief with the 141st Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, as he is recognized for being a star performer with the 141st Air Refueling Wing at Fairchild Air Force Base, Wash., Jan. 6, 2022. Rheingans was chosen by leadership as a Dedicated Crew Chief (DCC) for the newly developed DCC program at the 141st ARW. Minihan visited units around Fairchild AFB to discuss rapid global mobility with Airmen during his first visit since taking command in October 2021.
