Maj. Michael A. Dequattro, incoming sergeant major of HMLAT-303, MAG-39, 3rd MAW, during a relief and appointment ceremony on Marine Corps Air Station Camp Pendleton, Calif., Jan. 7, 2022. The sergeant major as the senior enlisted leader and advisor is the keeper of traditions for his/her unit.
