Colin Dablain, conning officer, supervise maneuvering from the bridge wing during a replenishment-at-sea with the Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force (JMSDF) ship JS Oumi (AOE 426). Dewey is assigned to Destroyer Squadron (DESRON) 15 and is underway supporting a Free and Open Indo-Pacific.
