Marshall B. “Brad” Webb, AETC commander, walk to the Fort Rucker, Ala., flightline with 23rd Flying Training Squadron Airmen for an orientation flight in a TH-1H Huey at Fort Rucker, Ala., Jan. 11. Members of 23rd FTS are responsible for Helicopter Training Next, a helicopter-only training course that is an initiative under Pilot Training Transformation efforts. The HTN program started in August 2020, with the first class graduating June 22, 2021.
