CAMP LEMONNIER, Djibouti (Jan. 12, 2022) U.S. Navy Chief Master-at-Arms Ben Hersee, from Batavia, N.Y., cleans a M9 service pistol at the base armory following a small arms weapons live-fire exercise at Arta Range. Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti serves as an expeditionary base for U.S. military forces providing support to ships, aircraft and personnel that ensure security throughout Europe, Africa and Southwest Asia.
