CAMP LEMONNIER, Djibouti (Jan. 17, 2022) – U.S. Navy Chief Information Systems Technician Justin Horne, center, a Sailor from Fuquay-Varina, NC. deployed to Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti (CLDJ), along with Cmdr. Justin Hane, left, the executive officer of CLDJ and U.S. Army Maj. Gen. William Zana, the commander of Combined Joint Task Force Horn of Africa, participate in a cake cutting ceremony in honor of Martin Luther King Jr. Day CLDJ serves as an expeditionary base for U.S. military forces providing support to ships, aircraft and personnel that ensure security throughout Europe, Africa and Southwest Asia.
