A Cadet with the University of South Florida, hauls critical equipment back to the finish line during the Tactical Combat Casualty Care simulation event at the 6th Brigade Army ROTC Ranger Challenge. During this event, Cadet Teams had to recover critical equipment while aiding a casualty in the form of a “Rescue Randy”manikin.
